Maharashtra to go with a common CET for admissions to its law Colleges.

A letter from the deputy secretary, Rohini Sakharam Bhalekar, of Maharashtra Government has confirmed that all the admissions to the law colleges of Maharashtra will be done through a common CET, starting 2016-17.

This means that  ILS-Pune and CGL-Mumbai, two of the top law collges in India will take admission through the CET from this year. The exam is scheduled for 18th June and 19th June for 5 yrs and 3 yrs courses respectively.
